I really liked the ease of use. Most of the basic sales functionality was very intuitive. The organization of client directory made my live much easier in terms of managing my client list. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The interoperability between work functions was not that fluid. Certain aspects of service functionality didn't flow into the sales functionality and visa versa. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
We have been using ConnectWise for over 7 years and it manages everything for our MSP Business while integrating with our accounting and quoting software. As a ticketing system it's the best I've seen and includes many automation features that allow our managers and techs to spend more time with customers and not on data entry. The reporting with new Report Writer allows quick analysis, reports, and dashboard creation that can be shared with other team members. The integration with Quosal also allows for much needed automation on the sales side and conversion from sales to agreement to services ticket so the techs can start working on projects faster and less data is lost in translation. ConnectWise requires a client to be installed. I'd prefer to see a completely web based solution. We'd also like to see a Azure SQL implementation so we don't have to run a dedicated SQL server. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

ConnectWise delivers a robust, feature-rich 'system' for operating a Professional Services company. ConnectWise provides tools and functions to support essentially every aspect of a business - Marketing, Sales, Procurement, Projects, Service Desk, Finance, TIme & Expense, and Clientele (Company).
ConnectWise can be fully integrated with accounting systems (We use QuickBooks Enterprise), and, of course, with Quoting products (we use Quosal) and RMM (we use LabTech).
We can use it from mobile devices, which our field technicians like, as well as desktop machines.
We appreciate the ongoing improvements / updates delivered by ConnectWise and have found support to be very good (it is available by phone, chat, email). ConnectWise is also supported by a strong user community and user groups. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
My personal dislike has been what I consider to be weak support for Project planning and management. Having been in this business for decades, including working as Project Manager in military/DoD environment, Project Management tools have been very basic (no ability to plan Project work/tickets based on dependencies, no tools to help smooth use of resources, etc, etc)
