What do you like best about ConnectWise PSA?

Everything was all in one. Time tracking was easy and great for keeping track of mileage. Also had good reports at end of month that we ran to see how many hours were used against a project. We also kept notes about each client in the customer tab which was helpful for handing off tickets to someone else on the team. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ConnectWise PSA?

At the time it was not web based, and was very slow. We did have it connected to there cloud which went down from time to time and as it was our main business tracking, hurt. The speed was the only pain about the software. They may have increased it, have not used for 2 years. From what i remember too the app for the phone was not free also Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is ConnectWise PSA solving and how is that benefiting you?

CRM, time tracking, project workflow management, client management, billing, and technical notes on client. We saw some good benefits from it, at the end of the day what you put into it, is what you get out of it. What do you like best about ConnectWise PSA?

The customizability is great. They have been great about customizing the layout to fit our needs. The program is very intuitive and easy to use. Also its getting better all the time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The only thing i wish i had was a timer linked to my ticket. so i could hit start and when I'm done hit finish. then my time would be automatically be recorded. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about ConnectWise PSA?

The ability to track service tickets, maintain documentation in a central location, and manage projects makes this tool incredibly valuable to my personal workflow. There is great training available through the university and online webinars to help new users to quickly adapt to the processes. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
