What do you like best about ConnectWise PSA?

Ease of use and learning the tool is very simple. Highly customizable and useful for entering data and ticket tracking. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ConnectWise PSA?

Downtime on the cloud hosted backend is often a surprise and happens at the most inopportune time. Very irritating and frustrating when the backend cloud hosted is down. Extremely irritating. No offline mode, no use of the software at all. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Since its the standard for MSPs Autotask is the only other real option. There has to be an integration that is not available. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Too slow due to being at the mercy of Amazon's cloud and lack of being intuitive. Software these days should not require a manual. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about ConnectWise PSA?

I use it mostly for time entry and billing but I love that we have it integrated with outlook so that activities on my dashboard show up as events on my calendar Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Cloud based infrastructure means less on-site equipment to run services. Implementations can be as simple or complex as you'd like and if you're in the cloud, you don't need to worry about compute time or heavy SQL workloads. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
