What do you like best about ConnectWise PSA?

It consists of one central Systems which manages all yours projects in a time track automate the billing process from ticketing to dashboards reporting. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

There is one thing that I don't like about 7.2 version is not connected to Outlook. So when you send an email directly from the ticket it's not documented in Outlook. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about ConnectWise PSA?

I personally work in the calendar view all day. I can see my appointments and can easily hover over and get the latest updates. I can move items around as needed and quickly access the items that need attention. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It's easy to bring someone else into the conversation and there is one place that all communications are stored. The search is great when looking up previous items. What do you like best about ConnectWise PSA?

i love the ability of the automation tool It is very user friendly and helps to organize hudnreds of tickets at a time. It is also great for managing renewals and other sales related items. It is our go to tool. It has everythign1 Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
