What do you like best about ConnectWise PSA?

Ability to customize any workflow in an infinite amount of way. We have not found an issue we could not solve with ticketing, billing or management yet. The amount of other vendors it integrates with is huge. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ConnectWise PSA?

Large and slow. The installer and installed size is large. The constant small updates slows service calls as we have to wait for it to update on almost every launch. The cloud version is terribly terribly slow to respond to any input in the app. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is ConnectWise PSA solving and how is that benefiting you?

We are using CWM to run our ticketing system in house and for Clients. We also use it for billing and to track employees time and billable hours. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about ConnectWise PSA?

Connectwise Manage is amazing! Its been by far the best ticketing system I have used. They make it easy to create a ticket by using the dispatch board. In a matter of clicks your ticket is created and your billing the correct customer. They even have options to manage your expenses as well Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about ConnectWise PSA?

I have been doing IT for almost 10 years now and Connectwise Manage has been the best ticketing service I have used. It makes customers tickets fast and easy to create as well as making it easy to keep track of my time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

There are times it takes a good bit of time to load this program during start up. Also updates can really break other things that are connected to our Connectwise Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about ConnectWise PSA?

It is very thorough in what it does. Be it ticketing, time tracking, or contact and asset tracking.

My favourite part is the calendar linking for your tickets that also syncs with outlook! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ConnectWise PSA?

There’s tons of overhead to manage and it is cumbersome compared to some of the more sleek ticketing softwares like Freshdesk and even Repairshopr.

Starting a ticket takes a long time and slows down our speedy service. It has a lot to offer but it’s a bit intimidating to behold. The UI is very outdated as well. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Connectwise allows us to put in AMD update tickets, look at other workers calendars, and find info about a 5 year old project all on the same board. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about ConnectWise PSA?

The best thing about ConnectWise Manage is the breadth of the solution. It addresses most business functions in one platform. While no software is perfect, the "almost end-to-end" practice management software for IT is the best I've seen for Managed Service Providers and other IT service companies. What do you dislike about ConnectWise PSA?

The company's support process and policies are annoying. They appear to avoid phone conversations and direct communications at all cost. While I realize that they have to manage a lot of calls, other software companies are much warmer and friendlier when it comes to getting technical support with an actual human interaction. Start with the core functions your company needs the most. Build the foundation with company and contact management and then insist that processes and procedures get moved into ConnectWise Manage.
