we use it to manage internal tickets and to escalate to a partner. being able to use status to change who gets the ticket in their board is great. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It's not easy to implement or setup, but once you get the hang of the system it is fairly easy to manage, it has so many modules it can get confusing as my role I use it for tickets and delegation of the work load. We run multiple boards in Connect wise in order to maintain our business from sales to administrative.

Too many modules, procurement is not working properly, there is no inventory system for the procurement module. Its simply lacking in the area to help IT companies sell and track inventory, not tracking nodes or endpoints. but tracking equipment to sell. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The UI navigation itself was very nice to work with, I've used AutoTask, and ManageEngine and I prefer CW because it feels like a more complete software Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
On occasion the UI feels a little clunky when navigating between windows withing the app Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Keeping tracks of tickets, opened and/or closed. Project management, proposals and billing. Being able to keep track of staff's time on work. The ability to have/create a knowledge base from prior tickets and resolutions. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Nothing really to dislike, we've used other items in the past and nothing seems to stack up with Connectwise manage Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

- The interface is smooth, stable, and easily trained for new staff.

- The responsiveness of the platform is inconsistent.

This is a complete solution for any IT or small/medium sized business. Its nice that you can look up almost any detail about a customer and have complete visibility on transactions with your customers. CW comes with something for every department: Sales, billing, marketing, and help desk. A majority of the features are very easy to use but if i come across something complex on cw its usually VERY complex. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Sometimes connectwise goes down. Customeer service can be ok or rreally really rude. they love to just throw articles at you from the faq's as opposed to actually listening to your problem. Additionally the report writer and a few other features like email connectors can be super tricky to use. connectwise university helps but not as much as i would like. also i know i could use quote automate if there was more helpful resources out about it.
