If you have the most basic question to ask support bout, you may get what you're looking for out of their online support chatbot. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
This is by far the buggiest, most convoluted piece of software (let alone PSA) that I have ever used. The dashboard is completely useless. It doesn't refresh regularly, so you have to constantly go back to outlook to know whether you actually have an appointment. The other information is next to useless because there's no way to actually show service boards on it. If you want to find out if you have a ticket, you have to go looking for it. There are more Help links on it than useful widgets. And that's just the dashboard.
If you want to configure anything you have to go to service tables, not configurator screens AND, you have to know what you're looking for before you try and configure it.
Many of the default connectors don't work (out of the box) with anything other than MS Exchange of Office 365. You need to get a tech to help you through the configuration.
It's massively over-complicated for tasks that should be really simple and straightforward.

ConnectWise Manage is an easy-to-understand but powerful PSA tool that captures all the relevant information that most MSPs need. It's not perfect, but it does a GREAT JOB! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I wish the web browser version were as full-featured as the local client so a Mac user could do all the functions. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Connectwise Manage is an excellent PSA tool. It would allow the techs and clients to easily communicate and have all the information saved within the tickets. This feature also made it easy to track the time techs spent on tickets and quickly identify repeat issues due to the integration with Solarwins N-Able, our RMM tool.
The calendars within Manage were also great. They allowed us to identify where the techs were in the event we needed to reroute them to an emergency.
Connectwise Manage also made billing a breeze. The integration with some of our vendors as well as Quickbooks made billing our customers second nature. Having the bills come from one provider rather than countelss different vendors really made reviewes quotes, bills and budgets significantly easier for our clients as well as our staff. There honestly was not much that I disliked about Connectwise Manage. I think the product is excellent and their support knowledgeable and friendly as well. If I had to make a suggestion, I would like to see a better Gantt feature. When attempting to plan out projects, we would spend a significant amount of time in that section. You can appreciate this type of program to trigger a wide variety of activities; it is very fluid and has been a great success in locating an optimal performance of tasks in multiple departments. I don't know where to start, but here we go. The customer service/support of ConnectWise has gone straight to the crapper since ConnectWise was sold, in the days of the older ownership, support was great, the product actually worked correctly. Now it takes a act of congress to get anything to happen and it takes a week or two to get anything resolved. We had issues where the ConnectWise mail filters have blocked our internal email and external for clients, to technicians not being able to submit time all because of changes these mental midget make to the systems and then they blame you for the mistakes they make. I've spent hours on the chat re inventing the wheel on our end, just to find out that the issues was inside their data base. We have technician in the field, ConnectWise does an update and none of our mobile apps work any longer, their solution just uninstall and re installed the app, it will fix it. Well, number one these are field technicians they don't typically have the time to do this during the field appointments. Number two, when they did this it didn't fix the issue and now we wait for the non existent support from ConnectWise. I could go on and on about the issues we have and have had with ConnectWise. I really like playing cheese because it helps me to have full control of the process of performing my job tasks. It adapts very well to any operating system and integrates with marketing sales program in a feasible way. The price is extremely affordable for users or small businesses. Update path, the connectwise suite often times feels like the redheaded step-child. Often times connectwise will venture out to aquire other similar companies as opposed to updating or improving their own software. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
