Orchestrate frees up space in your brain. Creating a process for the easy things means you don't have to think about them anymore. You can use that space to do far more important things. Then, build processes for those too. It's a glorious cycle. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Now that Conga is running Orchestrate, it has become much more stable and powerful. It is similar to Visual Flow but is easy enough to use that a non-Salesforce Administrator can even use it to create and maintain automations (they would still need to be tech savvy though). Its now quite easy to set up custom objects to be compatible with automated events and the Re-Evaluate Criteria feature is key for being able to have all different possibilities and branches contained and organized in a single automation. The Twilio integration is sweet too, I can send text notifications to Opportunity Team Members or Owners when certain events happen on the Opportunity. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Would like to see more compatibility with Conga Composer (be able to launch Composer Solutions/Buttons with lots of parameters and variables) - right now it can do this at a basic level. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Caveat to this, SF is improving their offerings all the time and flows is a big improvement over process builder, but Conga orchestrate is a much easier to use solution for creating workflows and approvals Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
