I primarily use Conductor to support long-form content optimization and build structured keyword frameworks across our Services programs. Conductor's intelligence insights help me identify content gaps and high-value, non-branded opportunities and align them with user intent, which is valuable for our internal messaging priorities. When I started using Conductor, what fascinated me was the ability to see how our Services offerings were misrepresented on LLMs, allowing us to strengthen our content and narrative. I appreciate the ability to create page groups and workspaces, making it easier to organize content by programs and share with other stakeholders during discussions. Workspaces make it easier to tailor views and insights for different teams based on their priorities. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
One area Conductor could improve is the AI Writing Assistant. It suggests irreverent or loosely related topics for high-level pieces like thought leadership. For executive audiences, it feels redundant to build around typical topics like "what is sustainability?" or "What is circular economy?" More flexibility and differentiation for advanced executive pieces would make this tool even better. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
