For us the true value of Condens is that we can organize the entire user research process in one single place. Previously we were struggling with information distributed across files and depending on the different stages we were in. Now, with Condens, we can do it all in one place and our insights seamlessly travel from one stage to the next. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
When I first started using Condens it took me a bit to fully grasp the user interface, as some features only add value once you actually have content to analyze. Adding the automatically generated template-project helped to really to try out everything once, before fully committing to it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Condens offers an easy tagging system for your notes: you can create your interview notes right in Condens or import them from another tool.
You can tag sentences, highlight quotes - and then cluster them per drag & drop into larger groups to come up with your key topics and synthesis.
I am a visual person - this helps me a lot to make sense of qualitative data and structure them in a fast way. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I would love to be able to create some basic quantitative summaries as well (description of the participants, age range, gender mix...) - more support for a final presentation. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
It is very easy to learn and to use. Great customer support. It's really useful for managing large amounts of qualitative data, for coding, clustering, synthesizing the data, and for preparing conclusions. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
It is already great and they are very receptive to suggestions for new features as they grow. I would like more flexibility in preparing conclusions, e.g., having multiple conclusions for a project, or different conclusion formats. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I started my journey in user research in April 2020. My mentor who is based out of UK told me about Condens. It is an amazing tool to prepare and publish your research. It has the ability to upload user interviews, create tags, jot down your conclusion points. It also lets you paste graphs/charts from google docs directly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The only thing I did not like is the ability to share your research using PDF, Link Sharing. Everytime I have to share my research,I have to add them as a researcher or admin which I am not comfortable with. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Its usability and the metadata gathering which helps filtering and sorting when synthesizing; the hyperlinks as well that help navigate content. The fact that supports multimedia sources. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
So far, not much, but additional functionalities could improve it: editing of highligths transcripts [...], a global search. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I love the clean interface and ease of use. When coding the interview transcripts you want to be able to focus on the content and Condens lets you do that while also making it a fun process. Transcribing and coding interviews used to be tedious but now it is fun! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Condens needs to incorporate other services like transcription and team sharing, maybe now even video call. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
You can work easily on analysing qualitative research and on the conclusion at the same time; because it has a double view where you can tag the insights and create finding quickly.
It is improving continuously; now you can also tag on an audio and video. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
It is excellent to analyse after the research assembly. I would like also use during the session, record the audio or video, and my notes would be already timestamp coordinate with them. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
