I like the ability to create group tags that can be used for multiple sessions. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
While the transcription is good, it is not great. I often have to listen and relisten and edit when I want to use a direct quote. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Condens is sleek and well organized yet offers everything a UX research, design, and product team needs to manage a sophisticated research program. What's more, the team running Condens is incredibly insightful and responsive to our needs. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Nothing! Not a thing........................ Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I really like how lightweight it is, with no unnecessary functionality and it's not trying to do everything, but instead do the important things properly. Condens team is also quick to listen to any feedback and their support is working great and fast as well. I especially like the analysis options, video highlights and working with Conclusions.
Another noteworthy thing is how fast the product is improving by adding functionality and tweaking things regularly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I'm not really a fan of the font choice and generally the UI - I like that it's very minimalistic, but the overall graphic design is not that impressive (but that's not really that much of an issue). But the thing that could use some work is the information architecture, which is sometimes a bit sketchy and can be confusing. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
It helped increase the speed it takes to transcribe and analyse user interviews. It works well with Kenyan accents Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
nothing so far, we are enjoying the product Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Condens not only facilitates my analysis, it supports me in doing vivid presentations and engaging my stakeholders in research insights . I used Condens quite from the beginning and it is awesome to see how fast the team implements new features. As an example: with the new transcription feature, I could skip two extra steps (transcribing via trint and trimming videos in imovie) what saved me a lot of time - time that I could use finding the real research nuggets. Condens has three parts: 1) participants, 2) synthesis and 3) conclusion. I am still figuring out how I can work best with the conclusion part. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The tag functionality and custom categories to describe participants, also the transcription feature! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
What would be nice to have is a counting feature of participants based on the categories you defined e.g. gender, to get a quick overview. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I have been trying different qualitative analysis software and this is it!
Extra points for transcript option in spanish, love the interactive function that start the dictation wherever you select text, and viceversa.
Also love the option to paste evidence in image or video to accentuate a finding.
The categories are super easy to use and analyse in a separate manner.
For a designer doing ethnographic research Condens is the only software that designed the user experience which makes it very visual, colorful and intuitive, SUPER EASY AND FUN TO USE! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I can´t think of something right now, maybe a pricing plan for students or universities would be a good idea to open a different market. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The biggest headache of UXR is transcripts and listening back to your sessions. Unfortunately most of the typing is done in Word, G Docs or something. However each note / insight is typically isolated. What I found with my research is that I'd have to transfer it all to sticky notes just to extrapolate the points. Synthesis was a nightmare. And then I got introduced to Condens.
What would have taken me 6 days, instead took me 6 hours.I had 8 usability tests to transcribe and analyse and I was able to tag and triangulate. By creating clusters, logical groups quickly formed (with colour coded options because I'm OCD). The conclusion aspect brought all my research together and it was so smooth, yet accurate.
The Condens team are great, they will give you detailed responses and are quick to help. They've been excellent at sorting issues, releasing features and being super flexible. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The payment process had some hiccups as there isn't too much access to account management, but I am confident that these guys will optimise this. They were super flexible in extending our trial and giving us freebies.
Would eventually like to see different font / styling options. But this is preference / taste. It'd be cool to whitelabel some of this - so I can se my companies/clients branding for eg.
Would be great to see more integrations with cloud platforms (ie Google Docs). Or even a 'save to Condens' item. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I appreciate the focus on the final output - research report. I can add quotes to my conclusion as I'm processing the data, and also add my own notes and reflections with a rich-text editor. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
As with any young product, there are some things that need a little polish. For example, relatively new feature - sortable clusters - is great, but I wish it wouldn't ask me to sort my cluster as I go. Sometimes I just want to quickly sort quotes by cluster, and then move on to arranging clusters in a particular order. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
