What do you dislike about Condens?

Unfortunately, the bill can get salty if your organisation is big. But the product is worth it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Condens?

I particularly like the fact that it's super easy to use and integrate into workflows. There are lots of useful features and yet it's not too overloaded with functions. From creating projects (with templates) to creating sessions with auto-transcription and evaluating them using tagging and artifact templates, it's a great daily used companion for research projects.

The implementation of the tool was very low-threshold and Alex and the support team were on hand from the very beginning with a very open exchange. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Condens?

Sometimes we still find it difficult to create a link between the artifacts and the other tools for further work with insights. Additional Miro boards often have to be created. We are also constantly reflecting on which form of presentation is best received by our internal users - this is not yet 100% ideal for us.

Nevertheless, we are very satisfied and in general, a lot can already be designed and tried out with the existing features. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Condens solving and how is that benefiting you?

We researchers are spread across various interdisciplinary teams. In the past, each team had its own filing system for guidelines, protocols and evaluations. Important insights were scattered all over the place and were difficult to find. Today, we have an easily accessible process that facilitates the work of the researchers and gives other users quick and easy access to insights. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Condens?

I like the transcript option for recordings. It super easy to upload a recording (for example from Microsoft teams, look etc) and transcript it. You then have the option to automatically generate bookmarks and a summary of each section which saves a lot of time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Condens?

Well thought user flows and keyboard shortcuts. Great speed performances. Transcription quality. Performant Tags suggestion engine. Friendly and helpful customer support. Data privacy compliance. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Condens?

I'm struggling a bit with the Search/Filter features in analysis phases. I would like built-in AI analysis assitance to help me uncover insights across projects and generating reports without exporting my data to another platform. I would like pricing solutions for small business (ex: something in-between 50-100$ for 2 researchers with repository features). Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Analyzing customer feedback and user interviews. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Condens?

I haven’t been using Condens to the fullest; I haven’t made reports or maps within Condens itself. However, I have been creating projects, adding recordings of interviews and summarising and tagging insights from the transcribed interviews. That works wonderfully; the transcripts aren’t perfect, but definitely good enough to use, even with Dutch audio (so not English). The tagging and clustering of insights works well, and allows us to get short clips from the interviews to support insights while presenting them to stakeholders. Additionally, the support was really quick, friendly and to the point. Even product suggestions were partially implemented quickly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Condens?

There isn’t necessarily something I dislike. However, some specific keyboard shortcuts would make my workflow a bit quicker and easier. Additionally, there’s always room for improvement in the transcriptions. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Condens solving and how is that benefiting you?

Distilling insights from series of interviews, along with quickly getting interview clips to drive the point home. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Condens?

Condens has enough flexibility to help you customize for your org, but not so much flexibility that colleagues get confused when they log in occasionally. The ability to have a main view screen plus an editing sidebar is amazing for analysis. I also appreciate the little details, like avatar options, icons, and stock photos for reports. They always seem to be updating features that are relevant to what I'm using too. I've used Dovetail and EnjoyHQ, and I find Condens more refreshing and straightforward than those tools. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Condens?

They currently email me a monthly insights report, but it'd be nice to see site usage in the app itself. I also hope they make it more obvious for less-frequent researchers to get started with a new project since today I need to reiterate to my colleagues where they need to go and how to begin their work. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Condens solving and how is that benefiting you?

Product and UX were having conversations with users and storing notes haphazardly in different tools. Condens helps our product and UX teams document and analyze research they conduct so their findings are shared more consistently and easily referenced in the future. What do you like best about Condens?

- Tagging

- Clustering of Findings

- Multiple Workspaces

- Stakeholder Repository

- Drag and Drop from Session to Conclusion

- The way you can make highlighted clips from a video

- Everything is stored in one place

- The time it saves me in my daily doing

- Communication with Condens Team Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Condens?

- There is not really something I dislike about condens, but if I should name something it would be:

- The "Charts". Its a feature I've never used and don't really see a case when I should use it.

- The "Whiteboard" is actually really nice and I have used it for presenting but I think its quite tedious to handle and it could behave more responsively.

- Transcription of Videos (It could be more accurate. Honestly I think the feature is quite nice and I like the way you can tag sentences, the way you make clips and how it generally behaves but I rarely use this function (due to time issues)). Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Condens solving and how is that benefiting you?

- The biggest benefit is, that it saves me a lot of time in my daily doing.

- The way you can document things is really helpful because often projects go on for a long time and condens makes it easy to find these information again.

- Everything stored in one place

- Keeping project teams informed

- And also its really fun to use because its not stuffed with unnecesarry functionalities. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
