Well the very crucial and the foremost thing for a business is the security and the Salesforce Products do provide that. The second is the automation with very minimal coding requirement. Sometimes, I have observed the product to be slow. Also, The pricing of the product is on higher side but it is justified when I look at the quality service and features. Also, The features are good but the base UI needs to be changed now as I feel it is outdated now.
