Concierge team is very responsive as new projects come about and provide great insights with respect to our needs or requests. What do you dislike about Concierge Team?

Having worked with the team across more than a few events at this point, I have yet to run into an experience that has brought any moments of discomfort or anything less other than appreciation for their work and professional approach to the business. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Concierge Team solving and how is that benefiting you?

Concierge provides the ability to share planned and real time updates directly to guests of large-scale events. Their services keep our guests well-informed and provide a sense of connection and necessary outreach should they experience any issues or confusion related to their on-site experiences. I cannot think of anything at this time. I'm sure as the company grows, additional staff will be brought on to assist with weekend/after hour needs, but we have not experienced any lapse in commuications or support. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Easy and efficient way to mass communicate with all program attendees! Very user-friendly back end to help pre schedule all broadcasts so you don't even have to think about it while on site. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Concierge Team solving and how is that benefiting you?

SMS messaging is an easier and more effective way to communicate with event attendees. Concierge was very easy to use from a cell phone, avoiding the need to be by a laptop 24/7.
