What do you dislike about Computer Aided Dispatch?

There is a LOT of apparently unnecessary complexity, and deleting duplicate entries can be challenging. Once you get moving, it comes very naturally. You need time to understand. You really like it later. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Computer Aided Dispatch solving and how is that benefiting you?

Initially you face the interface is bit not friendly, but with time this software able to match your project requirements easily. It can be used by your team members. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

No dislikes. I think you have to sit back and envelope the software. Once you start in action it comes pretty easy. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It's organized. It keeps everyone streamlined in the same processes. The calls are all input the same way, it's uniform. The dispatch screen is easy to read. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The lack of ease on the administrative side of things. I have to upload each scanned document one by one, and I’ve got a plethora of docs to be scanned. Very irritating. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
