Because we're just getting started with HIPPA compliance we have a LOT of questions. The Knowledge Base has instantly become one of our biggest resources. The best piece of this are the hyperlinks that take you to specific articles in the Knowledge Base. The onboarding process with Gregory "Greg" has been extraordinary. I have used Compliancy Group's Guard in the past and I must say that the new changes are appreciable. The contents, the user interface, and the easy of operatability are all great. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I think that the only one thing that I would recommend Compliancy Group to add in the Guard is for the admins to download invoices through the Guard as and when they want. This will help the customers more and make this product an all rounder for everyone. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The Guard is both comprehensive and informative. With each task, there are separate tasks within to ensure all elements of compliance are met. We were up and running right away, and able to implement policies quickly and easily. The templates are also really useful. I am looking forward to other types of compliance being added to the platform, e.g., GDPR and DPF. I think these regulations are relevant to many organizations that must comply with HIPAA. I thought that it was so helpful that they had an individual trainer for me and a main contact for my all my questions. The compliancy group was flexible and really met my needs when it came to scheduling my training appointments and getting back to me quickly on my questions.
