What do you like best about Complaints Pro?

The being part of using this platform is that complaints raised by customers is being addressed timely and efficient manners. There is auto tagging option where complaints is being parked and handled by relevant departments and customer gets email notifications on runtime bases for track and trace their complain number and for the status. What do you dislike about Complaints Pro?

Ealier, there was issue that complain number email is being landed at customers junk email or sometime complain number email is not being send to customer so it was difficult for us and as well as customer for acknowledgement and status of their complaints. What problems is Complaints Pro solving and how is that benefiting you?

For financial institution, it was difficult for us to manage each complaint tagged to the relevant departments and get their response and share with customers via email. Now, since we are using this platform, complaints are being tracked and escalated the same if it is not being resolved by relevant department as per their TAT time. Complaints Pro has a higher cost and does not justify its price. It is encountering a few problems it proves to be a hectic tool, for managing and monitoring complaints. The drawback is that its support is not available during online business hours. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The app is sometimes sluggish overall it serves as a poor resource for businesses. Not accessible to everyone the support team does not assist in solving any implementation difficulties. Complaints Pros integration with Salesforce CRM offers convenience in managing complaints. It lacks the ability to efficiently prioritize and resolve issues. The software doesnt include features such as automated ticket assignments and escalation workflows resulting in delays and inabilites when handling complaints. What do you like best about Complaints Pro?

Our business mainly depends of Feedback. We need to do survey before we organise any training. This will provide us the market demand to go ahead with the training. After the training, we take feedback fro our clients to retain and build long relationships. I do feel the cost is at the higher end however I have not experienced any other software to know the current market price such software. Costing needs slight improvment. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It's very user friendly and easy to use for every person who is not so technically sound also. Very convenient for every type of business and is very compatible for all companies or departments Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The tool has some technical issues which makes it very difficult to save and get results immediately. So that would affect the data that is entered in the software. If this is sorted the tool is the best Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
