The being part of using this platform is that complaints raised by customers is being addressed timely and efficient manners. There is auto tagging option where complaints is being parked and handled by relevant departments and customer gets email notifications on runtime bases for track and trace their complain number and for the status. Ealier, there was issue that complain number email is being landed at customers junk email or sometime complain number email is not being send to customer so it was difficult for us and as well as customer for acknowledgement and status of their complaints. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The app is sometimes sluggish overall it serves as a poor resource for businesses. Not accessible to everyone the support team does not assist in solving any implementation difficulties. Our business mainly depends of Feedback. We need to do survey before we organise any training. This will provide us the market demand to go ahead with the training. After the training, we take feedback fro our clients to retain and build long relationships.
