Since transitioning to a remote work environment, I've searched for ways to keep my team engaged, motivated, and always having fun. When I discovered SalesCompete, I knew that this tool was exactly what I was looking for. From automated daily Power Hours, Producing Leaderboards to stack rank the team as easy as a simple slash command, from collecting calls for Call Reviews/coaching, it's a gamechanger. Salescompete has given me more time back in my day, quicker insight into my team's production, and a fun and easy way to roll spiffs and monthly goals that were striving to hit. As I am constantly testing/making changes to our internal system at times the data would not reflect that accurate activity or production numbers so that would discourage me from using certain functions within the tool. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

We first started using this Slack bot when covid hit and our sales team went fully remote. Since then it's really helped with a few key areas:
- motivation of our reps (by way of challenges and goal setting directly inside Slack)
- visibility into metrics across the team (you can create custom leaderboards to show where everyone stands, and send those directly to slack channel(s) of your choice)
- sales coaching. this is probably the biggest area -- huge improvement in speed here. no longer do we need to jump into Salesloft to pull recordings, they're sent directly to Slack and we can coach the reps and share the feedback all inside Slack. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

SalesCompete lets me track my team's performance in Slack. It integrates with our existing tech stack, and I'm able to pull the data into a Slack channel in real time. CompeteBot is easy to set-up and plugs in perfectly to Outreach SalesLoft, Slack and thus Orum where we get all of our conversations from Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Like all new tools, onboarding the first time and creating the rules for the bounties, score and games takes time, but once your're implemented it runs automatically. Also, the CompeteBot team hopped on a Zoom to make sure we implemented correctly, but I imagine it will become even more self-service over time! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
