What do you like best about Compass CRM?

I like best the result we get thanks to CRM. The optimized control of processes reduces rudimentary work steps so that I manage much more in the field and achieve success, especially in the area of sales. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Compass CRM?

On the desktop, I don't like the somewhat cluttered views in places. In some areas, even just the settings, there is a much clearer picture. This should be improved so that not only I can quickly see and click on desired data and functions better and faster. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering Compass CRM:

I would recommend others to go to this CRM solution if fast response times are also needed in the field of sales. A lot can be accomplished in a day because of this time advantage alone. The changeover was very easy for me personally, so I assume that retraining will not take very long. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Compass CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?

The CRM helps, above all, to have up-to-date data at hand when going into the field. You can immediately see any stock levels, quickly clarify important matters with the departments from the office and finally provide the customer with current positions and prices. It's only for database management and as technology goes by, there are some CRM ot most that are updated and can do all in one Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The implementation cost of CRM is very high.

Also, the hardware, software, and other technologies needed for CRM are very costly.

Proper planning is required to implement CRM.

Permission is the biggest problem as everyone in the company will not agree to the use of CRM.

Poor communication, lack of leadership, and knowledge can be the biggest drawback of using CRM.

The use of CRM can go wrong if its implementation is handed with poor knowledge.

Contactually is a CRM-producing platform that keeps track of customers. It works on the principle of cloud computing and works on cloud-based customer management systems.

What do you like best about Compass CRM?

Compass CRM is a tool allows me to stay in touch with different contacts and with specific reminder. This tool is intelligent based CRM for real estate agent and brokerages, this automatically prompts action to take by user with important people to prevent things from falling apart. What do you dislike about Compass CRM?

Compass CRM has not yet won any award, so they need to improve and achieve it. Price also has gone up over time. Pairing field is quite cumbersome when importing spreadsheet with large amount of data. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
