What do you like best about Communication?

We have three brands and were able to connect seven of our support email inboxes in one "Communication" dashboard. The set-up for very easy and now we don't miss any important emails from our customers that need to be addressed.Easy to assign tickets to your co-workers and to follow-up if needed. What do you dislike about Communication?

The email threads don't always sync, and sometimes customers don't see their own email they sent. I understand this issue is being addressed and should be resolved soon. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Communication?

I really like communication because its so fast. Normally this kind of saas the platforom quite slow but communication very different for others in the market. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Its still really early state of developing and I think we need more time for this platform. but I believe communicaiton will get more things that I want. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

easy to setup; I can set it up and start working within 12 minutes on my wordpress. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
