What do you like best about Communication?

easy to setup; I can set it up and start working within 12 minutes on my wordpress. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Communication?

Truly an easy interface, not complex at all. Easy to extend across the team or even enterprise with minimal training. Straightforward to implement, not difficult at all. While I've not used their support frequently, when I've leaned into their customer service/customer support - they have been very attentive and quick to respond. What do you like best about Communication?

Through a customer standpoint, communication is very intuitive & user friendly.

From a user standpoint, it is very easy to get started without much need to go through the tutorials.

Communication has a very subtle, clean and intuitive interface, in turn it offers several functions such as live chat, email ticketing, canned replies, knowledgebase and more features to improve this process.

Most importantly the performance and speed of the system is quite good, without any noticeable lags or downtime. I hope they keep on releasing more features to improve the ease of access and turn it in to an all in one helpdesk and team interactive platform. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Communication?

There is not much to dislike in communication as the development has been pretty quick and the team is constantly improving and adding up features with user feedbacks.

Although if i had to say something which i dislike for now is the UI and some slight issues in cross browser compatibility. But i am rest assured as the team is constantly working on improving it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Communication solving and how is that benefiting you?

Communication has made customer support and handling of customer queries in a more streamlined manner quite easy for us. Having the knowledgebase and chat in just a simple light weight widget has made things simper and reduced chat queries to a great extent. Eventually making us solve more complex technical queries in a better way. Looking at their roadmap i am pretty much impressed with the planned features and eagerly waiting for them as they can solve a lot of issues we face with customer support. What do you like best about Communication?

After setting on my website, it help me communicate with my client easier. The chat process is fast. On app they show time when client start typing and show how much time they waiting for reply. I can assign and tag who responded, it very helpful on tracking process. Easy to create Knowledge Based Document too. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Communication?

I like least about the look, it will be better if they have more beautiful template. And if the have template to create Knowledge Based Document, it will be great. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Normally I use facebook chat or line to contact with my audience who visit my website and I need to copy & paste my answer but Communication helping me to chat with them live on website, it easy for them to contact me, and I think support button help my website look more friendly for my client. What do you like best about Communication?

It's a very easy to set up system. It only took me 5 minutes to get up and running on my website. And the incoming message has no delay Another thing I like about it is how light and fast it is, my website doesn't slow down with it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I am thinking of intregation with other tools. If it will meet my requirements, it must be forwarded to the information entered. Let it do something automatically. It should be very diverse. Because everything has to be linked in a strong system Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Communication?

For my small web agency, I need an application that allowed communication between me and my team with some customer sided interactions as well. The shared inbox feature of Communication is perfect for this. All of the features aren't released yet but once I setup my self-hosted SMTP, I was able to send a reply to tickets/emails using my business email. My freelancer was able to see the customer ticket on the same dashboard, this keeps the entire time on the same page. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Communication?

While I understand the app is still very beta and TONS of features are coming, my only dislike so far is the UI. I know for a fact that the UI is getting overhauled in 2021 so I'm not worried about it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

A chat widget that's also connected to our knowledgebase on a custom domain is crazy cool. Once we build out our support articles this will drastically cut down on support tickets. What do you like best about Communication?

II like the simplicity of the app. The experience so far has been very smooth. I set up my inbox and knowledgebase within minutes. Now I can centralize the support channels for my customers. Plus I can have custom domains for my knowledge base as well. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Communication?

Knowledgebase can definitely be improved. I am not a fan of the current knowledgebase style as it is too simple. So simple that it looks unprofessional. I hope the developers can come up with more beautiful themes to improve both the UI/UX. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
