What do you like best about commercetools?

As a headless ecommerce platform, it offers the ultimate flexibility to meet business requirements. In some cases we use only parts of the API, in other cases it supports an entire ecommerce site. We've integrated commercetools with a custom androids app, a MS PowerApps, and B2B site (C# and .net core) and a B2C site (vue.js). I also like their support and documentation. They respond quickly if we have architectural or feature questions. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about commercetools?

It's definitely not a turnkey ecommerce platform. Since it's headless it requires a separate front end. They do have some starter templates and we've used Vue Storefront as a starting point to further customize. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about commercetools?

The MACH ( microservices, API based, Cloud ready, headless commerce) provides greater flexibility in designing and implementing custom solutions. The API and Tools (merchant center) help better manage the products, promotions configuration, shipping, and custom extensions. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about commercetools?

It will be good to have prebuilt connectors for more commerce ecosystem applications. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about commercetools?

Flexibility. Everything is an API. Easy to consume and mashup. The predicate language was powerful for setting up promotions. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about commercetools?

Not all APIs had GraphQL end points, but they are moving there. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about commercetools?

What I loved most about this web manager, is that you can add a purchase Project and manage everything related to the base Project, without the need for calculators or anything complicated Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about commercetools?

The web manager loads very slowly, the heavier the Project, the longer it takes to load. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
