What do you like best about CommerceIQ?

CommerceIQ is a great tool for monitoring Amazon 1P performance. The dashboard makes it easy to identify KPI changes so that we can quickly pivot to changing needs of the business.

The plug-in extension for Amazon.com is very helpful, providing SKU level metrics for sales performance and fulfillment including ordered sales, on-hand inventory, pricing ladnscape, and conversion changes.

The Customer Success team is incredibly supportive, they take time to understand the business and provide tailored insights for our market. They are always working on improving the platform and creating relevant reports. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about CommerceIQ?

The exporting process could be better. Downloading the data from the platform requires a decent amount of cleaning and formatting in order to be functional in Excel. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about CommerceIQ?

CommerceIQ provides the most data on our Amazon business than I've ever used. I can provide quick answers to ad-hoc questions from my leadership, I can track every key eCommerce metric, and I can gain more insights to improve our sales on Amazon.

CommerceIQ has also provided great tools and processes for disputing Amazon charges and shortage deductions. We also can monitor for defects with our product detail pages on Amazon. We can track PO Fill Rates and determine which products are impacting that KPI.

What do you dislike about CommerceIQ?

Currently lacking good support of merchant accounts/Seller Central -- which is significant for brands employing a hybrid model. Also the tool needs more customization options for graphs and reports. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about CommerceIQ?

I like the environment and user-interface. It's straightforward and accessible and loads tons of information quickly. Whether you want units, revenue, or market share, it's able to adjust views and reports on the fly. I also like the open-source feel and nature of the software that the managers of the tool ask you how you want to use the tool and then they build your interface to meet your needs. What do you dislike about CommerceIQ?

The only slight downside to the software tool and for any market place data tool is historical data. It will take some time to have year over year data in the tool if you don't already have that saved somewhere else - i.e. you will need to use the tool for a year to have complete historical benchmark data on key areas of your business and the competitors in your marketplace. What do you like best about CommerceIQ?

Commerce IQ has truly transformed our Amazon.com business. Their tools for listing health analysis and automation are second to none. We've seen a significant improvement in our product listings' performance and discoverability. What truly sets them apart is their outstanding client services. What do you dislike about CommerceIQ?

I can't speak highly enough about Commerce IQ and their suite of tools. Managing our listings on Amazon.com used to be a time-consuming task, but their automation tools have streamlined the process and improved our overall listing health. Their customer service is exceptional. Whenever we've faced challenges or needed assistance, their team has been quick to respond and resolve issues. What do you like best about CommerceIQ?

Revenue Recovery - awesome. Really helps take a huge burden of disputing shortages, price variances, and chargebacks off of your plate. The software is also very effective at recovering dollars for these issues. The way they integrate with your Vendor Central alwaso helps you manage your business in a way that you can't do within Vendor Central. They are able to aggregate all of your data into one hub and show you any metric you need to define how your business is operating. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about CommerceIQ?

Software is slow to load at times. Marketshare data is tough to keep "accurate". New subcategories are constantly entering your data and you have to keep an eye on what is happening at a SKU level over time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about CommerceIQ?

Ease of use for business stakeholders and broad scope of coverage for sales analytics tools. While there are extensive features, the usability and simplicity of business insights through these features makes the data much more palatable and actionable through CIQ's presentation. What do you like best about CommerceIQ?

Commerce IQ is a fantastic tool for a variety of use-cases for our 1P Amazon business. Whether it is tracking 3P sellers, submitting tickets, disputing shortages or tracking real-time sales - Commerce IQ has an easy to use solution for us. Becuase of Commerce IQ's ease of use and fantastic customer support we were able to terminate our relationship wth other third-party services and save meaningful trade spend that we could reallocate to growing our Amazon 1P business. On top of all of it - our POC, Ryan Abernathy, is an Amazon wiz and always has great recommendations on how to leverage their tools or build reports that can help us run our busniness. What do you dislike about CommerceIQ?

I do not love the sales tracking tools and prefer to look at sales performace through other dashboards our team has access to through another partner.

What do you like best about CommerceIQ?

Having a one stop shop for all retailer activations is helpful, as well as their data visualization. These features help with optimization & finding efficiencies.Customer support is usually very efficient with handling feedback/tickets. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about CommerceIQ?

There have been a lot of bugs, and some processes are very manual and involve the support team handling tickets, which has caused many delays in launches for several different quarters and types of activations. Some of the features encounter bugs that affect the spend levels / ability to spend of some campaigns, which has casued decreased trust. I thoroughly enjoyed working with the team; they were genuinely invested in our success and business growth. Our calls were consistently pleasant, and their professionalism made collaboration easy. We were seeking a more strategic approach to account management. While we acknowledge the transition challenges, we felt that there wasn't sufficient emphasis on account strategy during our discussions. While we appreciated and were impressed by CIQ's technology, scaling on Amazon requires more than just technology—strategy is crucial. We felt that there were insufficient strategic conversations, not because of the team's lack of effort, but perhaps due to the need for a different call structure to focus more on strategy. What do you like best about CommerceIQ?

The ability to view and manipulate data in areas that extend further than the capabilities of traditional HOK platforms. It allows us to get more granular insights into performance, and gives more levels to pull when optimizing campaigns. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
