PROS:

- capable to extract invoices even from the e-mail

- nice invoices visualization from structured formats

- not all systems supported natively, however file-based exchange do the work

What I like best about Comarch EDI and e-Invoicing is how much it simplifies my work. The automation cuts down on repetitive tasks, and I no longer have to worry about manual errors. It’s flexible enough to handle different formats, which is great when dealing with various partners. Plus, the compliance features make it easier to manage different invoicing rules across countries. The setup is not exactly straightforward. I would say it takes time and there is bit of a learning curve to it. Also, the user interface can be improved. I thing the Seller and Buyer foms needs a proper distinction as it can be confusing at times and takes a toll on you if you are a frequent user. It dosent integrate with AI easily for auto filling on PDF upload, this should be present as it would cut down on a lot of manual efforts required in filling invoice details. The best i like about the Comarch EDI and e-Invoicing is it easy to use and have numerous fetaures which allow user to work on different base to generate details and its integration is user friendly which is cost effective and can be implemented thoroughly and its frequent use helps me to do my work fast and Customer Support handles the way easily this have reduced the less paper consumption and it processes inovice faster and helps in maintaining entire supply chain. I had the opportunity to use Comarch's e-Invoicing solution in my previous job, and it was a game-changer solution for us. It offered compatible solutions across countries (our main focus was Latin America and Europe), that were readily available and easy to implement. We contacted the account manager directly and had a working solution implemented within less than 2 months.
