What do you dislike about Colt Cloud Phone Systems?

I had some concerns regarding the COLT platform.

First, the UI is not friendly at all.

I had a few problems with the security on the platform. The reports are sent by the email address associated with your account on the platform, which for obvious reasons are blocked by our security teams. One day, I was able to see the reports programmed by one of their developer while I was browsing the site without making anything special... which is a HUGE security issue !

And finally, I still have a problem which has not been corrected: I can"t see the availability of my secondary network link, so all my reporting dashboard are incorrect. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Colt Cloud Phone Systems solving and how is that benefiting you?

We need to have two dedicated trunk link (a primary and a secondary) to have a very good MOS for our call centers. We have never been disapointed with the network quality, but more with the customer experience regarding their platform. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
