What do you like best about Cognibox?

I learned a lot during the coffee break on December 3rd. The trainer knew her subject inside out, was able to answer participants' questions effectively, had a very pleasant voice to listen to, non-aggressive and smiling (which was apparent in her tone of voice). I recommend Cognibox's coffee breaks, a format that is not too long but very effective. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Cognibox?
