Licensing is a bit of a pain. Also there a a bunch of scenarios like SharePoint, OneDrive and Teams missing. It would be great to have a full migration tool Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

CodeTwo installs on a server or workstation to perform the migration. This is what makes it the ideal choice for performing an on-premise Exchange to Microsoft 365 migration. There is less Internet traffic involved and only one remote host (Microsoft’s servers) involved.

Pricing for CodeTwo is very favourable, particularly if a large number of mailboxes are involved. The pricing is tiered and continues to decrease starting at 10 mailboxes. If you’re migrating a large (greater than 30 GB) public folder database, CodeTwo is the hands-down choice over MigrationWiz from a cost perspective. CodeTwo uses 25 mailbox licenses for public folders, regardless of the size. MigrationWiz charges for every 10 GB of public folder space being migrated. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The CodeTwo migration does not migrate on-premise Archive mailboxes. This could be a major problem if you've got a lot of Archive mailboxes on your Exchange server. We also found that we needed to run the initial migrations a few times because one side or the other would get overloaded and that would generate hundreds or thousands of errors. This was particularly prevalent while we were migrating hundreds of gigabytes of public folders. Fortunately, re-running the migrations was quick and resolved almost all of the errors. The only errors that remained to the end were actual corrupt messages, amounting to an insignificant number of errors at the end (maybe a handful out of millions of messages successfully migrated). Migration process is useless. To many Failed Items that cant migrate whit no reason or error : system failed.

Rescan option last more then migration its self. I tray Rescan after one day of initial migration.

My migration is bean whit 33 account and take me so mach time that i can migrate i believe whit imap sync 10x faster at least.

Relay i dont recommend this software to my worst enemy.

I lose 5 day of my nerves for something that shoud use max 1 day of job.

Recently I had to do a project for a customer in order to migrate a large amount of mailboxes from one Office 365 Tenant to another. While using CodeTwo software for this I have to admit it is a very powerfull and userfriendly tool. And please do not forget the perfect technical support team behind CodeTwo in case of questions. Weve used Codetwo office 365 migration on quite a few occasions.

Its been our go to product for when we need to do any migrations to Office 365.

The UI is easy to understand and configurations are easily done.

Failing that the tech support is extremely helpfull and quick to respond.

Installation is simple, using it requires only basic IT knowledge. Easy to use and matching mailboxes is a breeze. In the last couple of years we see a steady rise in migrating mailboxes from on-premise to office365 and this software saves us a lot of time; create one job, let it run and only do a check once in a while to see if it is still operational. Picking CodeTwo as the migration tool for the project was straight forward. The presales support we received from our CodeTwo Account Manager was fantastic. She was able to meet our customised request with ease. The CodeTwo migration software is excellent, intuitive, easy to use and does what it says on the tin. Very easy to use. Can synchronise emails from multiple accounts simultaneously, can replicate before and after DNS changeover.
