Really straightforward, easy-to-use tool with a nice user interface. The tool has a wide range of functionalities and a great support team in the background. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Codebeamer X provides excellent features for Requirements deployment and Risk Management. Keeping traceability and consistency between all issues allow efficient management for huge risk analysis tables and product specifications instead of trying to manage everything with "unusable" excel files. Now I've been using the software intensively for a couple of months, I see the training / onboarding process is a bit limited: there are a lot of features that enhance usability of the software that wasn't explained during training stage. Anyway, Codebeamer X use is intuitive and it takes a while to find more and more features to work with it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
CodeBeamer is an excellent tool for tracing requirements from creation through build, test, and deploy. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The online support and help features are written for experts. New employees or those new to a regulated industry may find it a challenge at first. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Like the way reviews for documents are set up to make it very easy for an online team. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
There is a lot to configure which seems slightly overwhelming but the team helps with onboarding which helps a great deal. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
We have been using the product for well over a decade and have integrated the applicaitons ALM Develpoment features with great success. The product has also been used for collabrative efforts throughtout our company. It excels in ease of use and collabaration with mulitple departments. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I think the security of Active Directory integration needs to be hardened. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Requirements Manager and Review Hub. Test Manager also looks promising, but we didn't have the chance to try it yet. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
SCM repositories and especially the SVN integration, seems to lack some essential features. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Visually appealing, great Microsoft Word integration, very customizable and awful lot of features Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The version I used is clumsy in many aspects. E.g. scrolling is slow on long trackers. Cannot cancel a diagram saving, it will drop all unsaved changes rather than going back to edit. Does not have an option to include embedded links in the work item descriptions to Traceability. Documents navigation is not so easy: there is no uncollapse all, cannot see the actual documents in the tree view, moving documents is cumbersome. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
All the trackers working together combining data as a great help for your work and documentation Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The upgrade process is sometimes time consuming and could be done better Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
