That we can configure a lot (even though we cause issues with "messed up configuration" - but that's our fault), browser-based access (even for external partners) Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Loading time of certain pages. No chance of configuring basic functionality. For example, we still desire to have an option to activate the function to open/collapse below the tracker tree below the clicked item again (This feature was removed due to performance issues with some customers, but for us it was very helpful!)
No chance so far to configure the traceability that it shows only the latest test run of test cases and only the test runs of the test case itself instead of test sets. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
It supports different project management methodologies. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Difficult UI to use, it has reached a tipping point that discourages users to continue to use it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

codeBemaer supports full ALM scope.
End-to-end traceability and configuration capability are impressive.
Many small details save you a lot of time, e.g., test parametrization, re-use of test cases, test steps.
The reporting feature helps you not to miss the project progress and support your management with night letters.
If you are missing something, no problem to write your widget or connect codeBeamer via rest API with your system.
You can do almost everything you need; you can adapt the configuration in every process directly in the codeBemaer GUI.
This tool is really flexible.
The best at the end is that intland is hearing to customer voice. The support team is aloways trying to underrstand your needs.
Many of our ideas has been accepted and implement in new release very quicly.
Beffore implementation of new features, the support team is seeking for a solution and workarround how to support the customer needs.

I am still following the ALM market and Intland is really growing and improving the ALM solution. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The advantage of flexibility and configuration complexity can also be a disadvantage. You need to define the project configuration very thoroughly.
I am missing some integrated features for project planning, including Gantt charts or collaborative/interactive planning.
Also, the support of Google suite will be appreciated.
Our team has been facing an issue of export templates' backward compatibility in the past. CodeBemear solved it by introducing new release management.
We could not assign a floating license to a dedicated project team, but an enterprise contract agreement solved our issue. In the meantime, we wrote a plugin showing which team is using how many floating licenses. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Currently, I'm using CodeBeamer as a developer, and me and my team, we are trying to create a framework that we could use for designing, implementing and handling projects relevant to ISO26262 and SOTIF, but I've seen that Codebeamer could be used for many other purposes as a requirements handler tool. Nothing so far! Maybe we didn't test the full depth of this software application yet, but yes, so far, so good! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Support all kinds of processes, and CB is very configurable to serve all project needs Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Lacking user-friendly documentation and unintuitive UI leading to slow adoption rates.
Missing key functionalities for Planning and Reporting (e.g. historical data).
Unresponsive and limited support with an intransparent organization making it unclear how to collaborate.
It does not seem like Intland is aware of how to manage a product and willing to listen to customer needs. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I found CodeBeamer easy to learn and use. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
As far as using Codebeamer, I don't remember anything I didn't like about the product. My observation is that it may not be as well known as a competitor so the pool of people to hire or work with using CodeBeamer may not be as large. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I introduced and used codeBeamer already in the second automotive startup company. codeBeamer provides a full ASPICE process capability out of the box. It supports the dynamic growth of your team while keeping you able to fulfill the automotive process requirements without too many manual tasks. It also saves you from the hassles that bigger, and older companies have with their complex mix of self-developed and commercial toolboxes to resemble a comparable ALM solution. And if there is a need for integration with external tools (e.g. customer ticket systems, CI/CD, SWQ tools) the REST API makes it easy to do.
An aspect often overlooked is the integration of SW code repositories. So full traceability from requirements, tasks, user stories to source code lines is there from the start without manual work and external scripting. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
A first-time user is easily overwhelmed by the number of features included in codeBeamer. While I have no idea how to solve that, maybe a beginner/expert view mode would help in the onboarding process of new users by hiding the complex functions at first. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Great Project Management and Requirements Management system in a very responsive user interface.
Its open architecture provides 3rd party integration to Software Configuration Management systems, to other Requirements Management systems, to Test Automation (Jenkins) and Management systems.
Simple Microsoft Excel roundtrip (import/export), super helpful in discussions with local teams and small customer/supplier collaboration.
Fulfills ASPICE, provides out-of-the-box templates (e.g., Automotive, Functional Safety), and most of the features are customizable! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Filters and initial setup could feel overwhelming - luckily, the templates, help, and support make it easier.
It could be perceived as an overkill, from the perspective of a small team or a department just introduced to Application Lifecycle Management. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
