A user-friendly tool that allows different configurations of project workflows and settings of work items, and at the same time ensuring bidirectional traceability. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Offering many options sometimes takes time to set everything up in the right way. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Easy to customise trackers (modules) with fields (attributes), item lifecycles (states) and references (links) to items in other trackers; plenty of flexibility in these options too. Comprehensive control and easy customisation of user permissions and item lifecycle transitions. Easily create & compare tracker baselines. Full item edit history tracking and ability to roll-back. Good export to Word & Excel using built-in or custom templates. Good import/export of ReqIF. Excellent for managing requirements & test information/data and linkage/traceability between these. Can easily handle project management data such as risk & task trackers, with linkage to technical trackers such as requirements etc. Easy UI access via web browser. Built-in document management system. Unique tracker and item URLs make it robust to change and easy to share information with other users. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
UI could be improved; not very intuitive or flexible. Metric graphs could be more powerful/flexible. Tracker document and table views could be more customisable, seem not well thought through and are missing some basic features. Help material is written for expert users; more accessible training material would be helpful. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The flexability of the Tracker concept and the ability to import Microsoft documents. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
With the flexability comes complexity and how we initially organzed around using the product is not where we're at and not were we'll be in 6 months. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Flexability in modelling own processes and ability to add features on top of base SW Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
It is man made SW. Releases still have too many bugs. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The integration of several development tools is great: having the requirement management integrated with the verification and test development and execution is great. The application's overall look and feel is attractive and is also an asset. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The usability of the tool (mainly from a requirement engineer standpoint) is affected by many issues which affect the user experience and efficiency. We often feel like we are reporting obvious bugs or MMI issues that would have been caught earlier by previous users or by Intland test teams. As we need the product to help us improve our processes and efficiency, we are spending a significant amount of effort reporting the problems and tracking it. I like the color changes when I approve items it gives it a game-like feel of achieving something when it flashes green. I havent used other competitor products for approval so I wouldn't know what to compare against. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Things that could change are enabling a single click on the trackers, It will speed things up, making things easier to use. Another one is if there was the option in the Tracker hierarchy tree to open on the tracker in the same window rather than opening in a new tab, making it more user-friendly. Finally if the use interface was simpler to remove redundant tabs it would be less distracting e.g. there probably isnt a need for 12 tabs at the top of the screen because they are already visible for me in the tracker hierarchy tree.
