What do you like best about Cobalt?

Great value for $. I love how it's scalable and plug-and-play, plus their tech support is always there when you need them. Integrating Cobalt to Quickbooks and Ramp made my job much easier.

Even though I've moved on to other projects, I still find myself using Cobalt regularly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Cobalt?

There's a bit of a learning curve at first. But once I got past that initial hump, I could easily navigate it's different use cases and how to make the most of the category recognition and automatic templates. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Cobalt solving and how is that benefiting you?

We are mainly leveraging it for workflow management and automation of in-house operations. Cobalt's unified APIs helped us reach more users by connecting to more services. The tool has made me realise that improvements are always possible over time, as long as you are systematic in your approach. Best for workflow tracking and crucial considerations, and narrowing tractable metrics quickly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Cobalt?

We are a startup SaaS company that has to maintain many integrations. Cobalt allows to maintain a single design pattern and their software handles all the hard parts around the integration. Plus their CS team has been a dream to work with. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Cobalt?

There's nothing to dislike. We've only had a great experience. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Cobalt solving and how is that benefiting you?

A lot of software companies have to maintain tons of integrations, which means they get bogged down in maintining those integrations as opposed to developing their own products. This was something we were facing ourselves and Cobalt helps solve that. As we scale our integrations this will save us tons of hours. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Shalini Singh of Cobalt

Thank you, Tareq! We're thrilled Cobalt is helping your startup save time and focus on product development. It’s fantastic to hear our CS team has made a great impression.

What do you like best about Cobalt?

As a startup, Cobalt has been instrumental in connecting various tools making our operations smoother and more efficient. The unified API simplifies complex workflows, and the bi-directional sync ensures that our data is always up to date across platforms. Setup was quick, even with limited technical resources, Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Cobalt?

Not all integrations feel fully mature. In some cases, certain features seem nascent and could benefit from being more robust. While this isn’t a deal-breaker, it can be a bit limiting for teams that rely heavily on specific functionalities. That said, Cobalt’s support team is incredibly proactive and responsive – they’ve been open to feedback and quick to implement solutions, which gives us confidence in the platform’s future. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Cobalt solving and how is that benefiting you?

Response from Shalini Singh of Cobalt

What do you like best about Cobalt?

We started using Cobalt a couple of months ago and the platform has changed our integration strategy. We've been building integrations as a company since our inception, but since we started using cobalt the answer to the question of whether we connect with platform X, is always yes. Cobalt has an easy-to-navigate interface that also allows embeddable and white-labeled integration services. It's pretty easy to go from 0 to 1 and transfer the responsibility to build integrations from dev teams to product owners. Cobalt's team has been extremely responsive and helpful during our due diligence and onboarding. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Cobalt?

I would like to see more embeddable features in the platform - for example, embed the workflow builder to make it self-servable for an end user. Cobalt has over 100 integrations, but there is still a long list of integrations that are achievable. Although the team has been extremely accommodating to help build integrations from our roadmap. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Cobalt solving and how is that benefiting you?

Cobalt is helping us to connect with third-party platforms in a fast and scalable manner. Building integration takes approx 1-2 months of dev time, while Cobalt helped us bring that time down to a couple of hours. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Jugal Anchalia of Cobalt

Thank you for the fantastic review, Prayas. I'm thrilled to hear that Cobalt has made such a positive impact on your integration strategy. It's great to know that our platform has helped you quickly and easily connect with new platforms, and we're glad you found our interface and support team helpful.

We appreciate your feedback on adding more embeddable features and integrations. We're working hard to expand these capabilities and meet your needs. If you have any more suggestions or need anything else, just let us know. Thanks again for being a valued customer!
