The back end set-ups are very involved and you need extensive knowledge or support from CMIC to set these properly to retain proper controls without affecting the quality of data. CMiC is a very robust ERP system that you can tailor to your business. It is easy to set up, the modules are thorough and well organized with some proper setup by your IT team. The training docs we not useful when we implemented back in 2014. It took us a year to properly document document our processes and train our staff. I dislike that you have to submit multiple times on CMiC in order to get the fields to accurately save. For example, on an RFI if you want to change it from open to answer complete and keep the date and name of the EOR who responded, you have to edit and submit multiple times.
