What do you like best about Clyde?

Clyde was very easy to implement and a great add-on for a sale. It integrates well with BigCommerce and requires no maintenance once it is setup. It was also much cheaper and easier to use. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Clyde?

One of the downsides is that each warranty requires its own sku which was a challenge when integrating with our POS system. Luckily, Clyde and team were able to help us find a solution. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering Clyde:

This is a no-brainer add-on for many products. We have had a lot of customers add a warranty to our refurbished products. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

We went from offering one-year, two-year and three-year extended warranties to just two and four years with an increase in price. Had to lower my profit margin by 50% Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I only sell merchandise. My suppliers generally offer repair and warranty work in their shops for their customers. After the first year manufacturer warranty runs out, the availability of extended contracts with Clyde assures my customers get some peace of mind after spending so much on merchandise.
