Clutch does not follow their own terms of service. We've had reviews left from competitors that violate their terms of service and they only tell us "they do not arbitrate disputes", even if they violate their terms of service and they "will not remove the reviews" that violate their terms of service.

Clutch offers everything that anybody in business would need. Often we don't have an opportunity to seek bids and we need a vendor ASAP!
