The fact that anyone can pay to be "top firm", and how they would put other agency profiles in the middle of yours and ask for money to remove them (cost USD 1500). Given the fact that this was supposed to be a "Trust based" website, that their VP was formed around "Real" feedback etc.. this is such a malpractice practice that is the exact opposite of their Value Prop.
