Standing up a new sales team. I am a veteran of Solution Selling, Spin, Miller Heiman. All have complex methodologies that are hard to execute and hard to reinforce resulting in limited adoption. Cory and his team take a hands-on approach to ensure adoption success and the beauty is in the simplicity of what they do. I would recommend this if you are a SaaS tech company, we saw an immediate return on the is investment from the first training on how to run a proper discovery. ClozeLoop's Triangle selling approach is not geared around changing your approach to selling, it's all geared around changing how you communicate/have a conversation with someone who may need your help. You understand a consistent and repeatable process to start and finish every meeting. This enables you to understand their pain, understand the impact of that pain, and enabling you to pitch/demo to that pain. In turn, winning more deals and growing the account. My last company hired ClozeLoop to help train our sales team. We were a SaaS-based company in the aviation industry. Most of our sales were fairly technical, selling against an incumbent who was way bigger and had been in the industry longer and had an average deal size of around $10k. I liked the frameworks they provide to sales reps, especially reps who are doing their own demos and going deeper into the sales process (i.e., closing). By studying the frameworks and incorporating them into my sales discussions, I could uncover obstacles more easily. Instead of my usual "show and tell," the prospects were telling me what they liked about our system and how they could see themselves using it in their operation.

We just finished the ClozeLoop training with Hillmon and it was amazing. Typically, after a training like this my brain is fried and I'm exhausted because you're just memorizing new things and reviewing paperwork. But in this case, Hillmon made it fun and interactive....and because of the role plays and the fact that everyone in our group was incorporated into the training in some way, it was easy to integrate new concepts into our current workflows. The training itself is well thought out and can be applied to every situation. If you're looking for an impactful and modern sales training approach, this is it. ClozeLoop was hired by our company to help accelerate the success of our SDR and AE sales teams. We began with an eLearning course that gave us a full overview of the ClozeLoop framework. Every major part of the sales process from introduction to closing was covered. Not only were experienced salespeople able to grow from these lessons, but ClozeLoop provided a basis for which all new salespeople can be trained succinctly. Hilman has a wonderful personality and is a great listener too. He catered his program to our business needs and gave ample time for feedback and dialogue with each new concept covered. Our sales team worked with Hilmon going over the Clozeloop frameworks to help organize our methodologies of selling. I learned so much from the courses, and it really helped me hone in on areas I was lacking during my sales process. I lacked structure on the right questions to ask to help close deals, especially being one of the newbies when it came to storage and server sales. After just applying some of the frameworks we learned in the first couple of weeks to my calls, I was already having a clearer picture of whether this is in my winning zone or not. I became more productive in closing sales quicker and putting effort towards deals worth my time. ClozeLoop frameworks were easy to learn and easy to retain. Probably because they worked and that's what made me want to keep using them.
