What do you like best about CloudTalk?

I like that I have SMS and phone at my disposal, and it's pretty quick. We do sales where we also have to be on top of our messages - since I have it downloaded on my phone, even if I'm at a grocery shop or something, I can answer.

What do you dislike about CloudTalk?

I wish my dashboard had better visibility but that might be something for my manager to review. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

i like CloudTalk for its friendly use, at first sight you understand what function is used for ad how to do an operation.

what i find annoyng is that the dashboard does not update automatically, so i have to refresh every time i do not have in sight the tool.

Furthermore i have to set every time when i go online and offline, maybe would be better even to set a time for the status Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about CloudTalk?

I have only been using Cloudtalk for a few months and am very satisfied with this program. It works (without bugs !), very intuitive, looks nice and clear. I also noticed that this is still a newly developed program. Updates will fix this. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about CloudTalk?

Points for improvement:

-report agents: idle time and calling time have the same blue color, so you can't see the difference

-missed call: calls are sent (if nobody is available) in a flow to the following groups. If the call is included in the 2° group, this counts as 1 missed call and 1 success call. I would have preferred a report with the status (missed or successful) per call

- finally, it would be useful to be able to extract the call history logs directly to e.g. excel Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about CloudTalk?

So I've been using cloud talk for 3 months now and find it amazing! It is user-friendly with clear audio and an amazing support team. I had some issues at the start with inbound calls however the team fixed this quickly! All-around great app! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about CloudTalk?

Call reviews are somewhat easy to go back to. The dashboard is shared with other people and I can't pin (save) certain calls within the platform - they have to be downloaded. but minor compared to the advantages. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
