I really like that they offer a free trial so that if we don't like it we don't have to spend money figuring that out. The trial only includes a small amount of data though. There aren't many things I don't like about the service, it's just not exactly what I need for my business. There are plenty of free options out there that are good for what I need, but I imagine if you're working with different companies at once this can be very useful.
