The interface is pretty simple to use once you understand various processes. Salesforce does allow for broad customization, which seems much broader than other CRMs Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I absolutely dislike the lack of service and support that Salesforce provides. Even when we have met with Salesforce reps, we were told they would brainstorm solutions and get back to us. When we wouldn't hear back we contacted Salesforce and would learn our Rep is no longer with the company and the process would start over with a new rep. Easy to make changes with no code.
A lot of things users can do themsleves like creating reports and dashboards are available.

Some functions in reporting like highlighting fields or capturing a time span is not abile to be done in reporting.
Limited reporting abilities with non related objects. That requires a person to export the data to run.

Our team found Salesforce to be very user friendly. Everything from prospecting to account management and contract/account life cycle experience. Data hygiene is a must though. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The only thing I would ask Salesforce to improve is the in-app training. If building full tutorials wasn't as time consuming as building the objects/apps themselves, then maybe user adoption would increase. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Its easy to use platform and accesible pieces of information displayed within the app, allows every piece of information to be at a hand when needed and create better plans Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The platform starts running slow after a couple minutes of use, the app does not allow you either click or move forward since its functionality stops suddenly every day Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
