Revenue Scotland adopted cloudbooking for our room and desk bookings in early 2022. It replaced a legacy solution that was no longer fit for purpose nor user-friendly. The new solution has single sign-on and enables colleagues to quickly and easily book a desk when attending an office on either a smartphone (app) or via their work laptop. QR codes on each desk enable users to check in / check-out quickly, and combined with the extensive reporting out capabilities, it has allowed the organisation to better measure office use and understand how the office space is being used whilst we continue to work within a hybrid working mode. I think Cloudbooking could have numbers showing directly on the plans, rather than having to click on each individual seat. Since we had a mix of bookable and assigned seats, it would be nice to have a search feature for the assignments and seat numbers. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I worked with CloudBooking for approx. 2 years, beginning shortly after the COVID-19 pandemic restrictions kicked in; we needed a product that would allow our staff to work safely from our offices when required and CB looked promising. The solution had to be simple and flexible enough to be adopted by a wide range of users and I'm pleased to say that CB delivered on that promise. User feedback on the product itself was overwhelmingly positive, with many commenting on how easy the product was to use, making desk bookings from the mobile app or browser super-fast. Sure, there are other solutions around that could do some of what CB does, but they weren't adding the value that CB was with useful features like the ability to locate a colleague in the building and book a desk close to them if needed.
Aside from the product itself meeting all of our needs, the clienting that we received from CB was first class, the best I've come across from a vendor so far in my career. From the very beginning of implementation (which was a very short window) all the way through to post-project closure, it always felt as though we were CB's number one client, even though I'm aware they have many others. They are flexible and the support team consistently answers any requests or queries well within their SLA, lightning fast! In addition, the people working for CB are very approachable, friendly, professional and I really enjoyed building a relationship with them. Our project meetings were always focused, productive and most importantly of all, they delivered the project on time, to budget, and with no unpleasant surprises. We have been a client of Cloudbooking for several years. Initially, we were looking for a meeting room booking solution as we have an extensive client suite. I don't know how we managed without it! Since COVID we have introduced the deskbooking platform. This has been exceptional in helping us manage the volume of staff working in the office, keeping us safe and it is so easy and click to use.
From start to finish from training, testing, going live, troubleshooting, i can honesty say i have never before experience such a professional team. They know their product and it's clear they are passionate about it. The team are amazingly helpful and nothing is too much trouble for them. The product itself is super user friendly and without glitches. The training and guidance offered is superb.

When we build our offices, we do so knowing exactly how many employees we have and how big of a space we need to make sure everyone is working efficiently in the space.
