What do you like best about Cloud Softphone?

What do you dislike about Cloud Softphone?

We haven't found much to dislike... honestly. Thus far, any issues and my questions have been answered or explained. Acrobits gives you an incredible amount of control, and even after testing their public Groundwire App internally-- we've found everything to make sense and consistant.
