What do you like best about ClockShark?

The scheduling feature is simple to use for the project manager as well as the field staff. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ClockShark?

This is not a negative on Clockshark, but we use a financial software that is hard to interface with seamlessly. However, we are working with both companies in order to make it work via the CSV file format. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about ClockShark?

Their customer service is awesome. Any time I have an issue it is fixed in less than 30 minutes, and everyone I have talked to has been so polite and helpful. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ClockShark?

Sorry Cliff, but the regular chat notifications about new features/check-ins can be obnoxious at times. I also don't like that I couldn't add my business email instead of just my personal. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is ClockShark solving and how is that benefiting you?

Our guys can clock into the correct job, and edit their time clock without me having to correct anything. It's very nice that it syncs with QuickBooks automatically once I have exported so I can skip a step! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Can't modify the current time segment. Doesn't have a good way to track PTO. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about ClockShark?

The thing I like the best about ClockShark, is their timing ability so I know exactly when employees clock in and out, Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ClockShark?

I don't really like the layout of the mobile version, but thats it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is ClockShark solving and how is that benefiting you?

It helps me streamline employee payments, whereas with paper time sheets it was a lot harder to find out if people were late, etc. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about ClockShark?

ClockShark has actually caused our employees to start using the correct job numbers more efficiently. We were using paper time sheets before and most of our employees were very lazy about putting the correct job numbers on their paperwork. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ClockShark?

We would love a method where we could send our employees individual messages/instant messages directly through ClockShark. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
