It has streamlined the process for tracking employees and has eliminated paper time sheets. It also allows us to use it for scheduling eliminating the need to constantly send out messages to employees trying to coordinate schedules. I have been able to put in recurring schedules so that the same things do not have to be submitted each time that the job repeats. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I am only able to have a scheduling recurring for so many days. While i understand the purpose of this it also requires me to tell it what day to end. We have accounts that we do work for the same time every week. We maintain these schedules sometimes for years. I would like to see a system that allows a schedule to repeat indefinitely. In order to prevent it from being left on a reminder could be put into place after so many days ensuring it is not left on by accident. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

We just started using ClockShark for all of our field service employees. Love the scheduling function, now the guys know where and when they are supposed to be, and have all job information in one place. The ease of use on both management and employee side is helpful. The fact that we can't integrate Google calendar into clockshark's scheduling program. Our office, designer and installation schedules are all on one calendar so we must continue to utilize it.
