What do you like best about ClockShark?

Easy to figure out all functions. The support is as good as I've ever experienced. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ClockShark?

Need another section in the drop-down admin or employee. Add contractor/sub-trade. On the schedule need to able able to click on any particular one and read the info without editing. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about ClockShark?

I like (and my colleagues like) that payroll doesn't make me grumpy anymore! With the Clock Shark timesheets integrating with Sage, payroll is easier and quicker for me. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about ClockShark?

I am happy with the time tracking for my customers and their sub-jobs. This part is excellent. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ClockShark?

The only problem I have seen so far is the lag in syncronization. I create sub-customers on the fly and then have to wait up to 24 hrs for it to populate in ClockShark.

I would like a some way for the employee to enter parts used on each sub-customer. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is ClockShark solving and how is that benefiting you?

I don't have to spend time tracking my employee's work and he can leave notes for parts used. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about ClockShark?

If you have questions they have REAL PEOPLE (very friendly) available to chat and answer your questions. Also, our team likes the fact that they are constantly looking to improve, you can suggest things for them to implement in their next updates to make YOUR job easier. I LOVE IT! Accuracy. In this industry it's hard to constantly be tracking the time and things being done in the field. GPS helps verify and notes are so helpful. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about ClockShark?

I like that you can schedule shifts and send messeges to employees at a click of a button. You can also download pictures to confirm the detail you are sending to them in a messege. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
