I like being able to pull several different reports for my several different needs. This allows me to use one report to enter payroll, while using a different report for invoicing. Making the information more comprehensive for the task at hand. I also like how easy it was to set up, and continue to use and navigate. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I would like to be able to give employee numbers, just like the job numbers. I would also like employees to be able to edit their notes after they clock out, without being able to edit their time. Some times our guys forget to add the proper notes before they clock out. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

You cannot change a time unless an employee clocks out. It would be nice to change it when they clock in and realize. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
It has been a great experience working with clock shark. Super easy to use and great customer service. Integrates with Quick Books easily and customer service connects to walk you through the process. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Our team finds the app easy to use, setting up task and jobs a breeze, and I have everything now at the click of a button - able to track where our team are and who's site they are on, can also see how long a repair is now taking, the team at ClockShark's support is great Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Clockshark has instantly plugged a financial leak in our company by providing a quick and easy way for us to track the many detailed jobs that start and stop a dozen times in a single day. The fact that it's able to be accessed via mobile devices, desktop, tablet, etc., is a huge plus as well. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The user interface is still a bit unattractive and could be improved upon. I think some more attention given to the color scheme, design, fonts, and organization of the buttons could make it even better. Also, it would be great if it could flip to horizontal orientation so we could better read job titles that are on the longer side. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
