Thus, one significant feature is the notifications system, which ensures that everyone stays up-to-date on changes or updates. This means minimum delays. Another great feature is to keep all the files, tasks, and logs in the same place. Not needing to switch between different tools has been a great time saver and provided our company security.

We started using Clinked as a Virtual Data Room because it had all the features we needed without the high costs of alternatives. Its' easy to use, the customisation options are great, and the white-labelling (including CNAME) makes it feel like our own platform. While Clinked is an excellent Client portal, its best part for my team is how it improves any team members’ daily tasks. I personally use it to manage test cases and bug tracking often. I can prepare reports on Clinked, which can only be seen by relevant team members. The workflow isn’t affected by multiple platforms.I can also confidently keep confidential documentation and other data on Clinked securely. Task management features allow me to assign certain tasks to developers and track progress in real time to make sure any issues are resolved in reasonable time. As someone who’s working with multiple teams, Clinked has been a secure, scalable, and a well-structured platform for me. Across different teams, user permission levels work perfectly to secure data and share the progress with clients when needed. Any user can reach any work depending on their permissions and this is great for real time collaboration. As a director, I can not only reach any team’s workflow, but also communicate with anyone in real time, even out of office thanks to the amazing mobile app! Our favorite feature is the Groups. We initially started using Clinked as a secure candidate database, as we needed a reliable platform for storing sensitive information. We have a dedicated database group, along with groups for various teams.

However, the most important use of Groups is as workspaces for our clients. Each client has a carefully structured group where we provide real-time updates. Another way to use Groups is for internal team communication. For example, we created a group specifically for our commercial campaigns, which happens to be the one I use the most. One of the biggest assets of Clinked is the task management system. The real time notifications prodive not only us but also our clients with prompt updates. These are great tools to run successful campaigns. Another great feature is file sharing, which helps us share campaign reports and marketing materials. As a client portal solution, Clinked is a secure and organized portal. We use it for communication between our teams and we provide our clients with a neat workspace. During onboarding, we were even provided with an amazing branding support. White label isn’t provided with all tiers but it was worth it! Our portal looks so professional. Design projects usually rely on feedback. Clinked’s most efficient contribution to my team is real time updates on the projects by our clients. Each client and their team follow the progress on their project and we can work on the feedback in no time. Contribution and communication is in real time and notifications are amazing, especially on the mobile app. Checking the notifications on the same device I’m doing other work is too distracting for me so the mobile app for a quick glance on the messaging tool is a life saver.
