Clientshare completely reimagines how a buyer-supplier relationship can be managed, giving visibility and transparency to all involved. This is not only game changing for account teams and clients, but for senior leaders within the supplier relationship who can communicate effectively across their buyer base and gain insights in to the effectiveness and performance of each relationship. Having a single platform proposition that caters for each area of a successful business relationship, allowing direct integrations with other systems, is really powerful customer proposition, in a digital age where there are constantly more systems to navigate. The best systems, and the best applications, allow a user to learn and understand the platform immediately. With the diverse nature of people’s technical ability this presents one of the biggest challenges to up-take and engagement. A Clientshare implementation, as it stands, requires too much focus on a personal ‘physical’ demo. The use of a virtual run through or guided tour as part of the first log in experience, as well as being utilised for any changes or additions to functionality would allow all users to quickly get the information they need, reducing the burden of meetings, demos and calls to launch. The best thing about ClientShare is how it allows our sales team to manage customer interaction, gaining insight in how customers are viewing a sharing content. Its allows us to increase customer retention rates which is invaluable! Before the platform it was really hard to gain visibility of communications from our Account Managers to the customers, the quality of comms was also mixed. We now have a centralised system allowing sales managers to see and interact with all communications. Best practices are easily highlighted and replicated amongst the team which were lost before. The sense of community & the 'finger on the pulse' with the client. When business has been won it can sometimes fall in to 'business as usual' & the client can be left in the dark about new innovations, developments & company news.

Appears to be a bug when sending invites over - usually takes a few attempts (error message states invalid domain - despite being correct) therefore have to click in to email address tab with cursor when hitting 'send' before it actually sends. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I initially wasn't sure how a tool such as Clientshare could provide the strategic insights we needed around our buyer relationships. However, we're just 6 months into using Clientshare and I have been blown away by not only its ability to provide us with an overview of ALL our relationships, but it's given us a space for our clients to proactively reach out to us, and for us to share insights with them. Very tricky to think of something to go here. Whenever we have asked for something, be it a new feature or some additional help, they have jumped on it. The only downside is that some of the features are still in the pipeline. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

We find it difficult at William Hill to increase our clientshare population. This is partly due to the fact they already have a number of internal media pages where updates are shared - yammer, slack, skype etc.. and see this as being a similar tool. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Nothing in particular that I don’t like. The analytics are brilliant, and with the addition of global analytics it’s making my life much easier.
