Clientshare Pros and Cons

Clientshare allows me to publish specialized reports to key individuals within Crown Castle. I also like the published Power BI results that help prepare for Quarterly Buisiness Reviews. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Free trial without credit card is helpful. I was able to create and get the details for NPI and customer reviews quite easily. Metrics view with graphs helps in visualizing the content. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

There is no online help nor a quick guide on how to use the tool. It is not intuitive to use without "how to guides with some real examples". Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
