This is a great tool to share reviews and information with our clients. It enables us to build a library of information that our clients can tap into with them providing great feedback to help us change and deliver better information and help us manage our partnerships with our clients.

It is still early days and we are still finding our feet with the system, so at present, we have no dislikes. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Having an online 'library' of information. The fact that we do not have to ask the client to sign up for anything new to be able to access the data. I don't believe there are any real competitors in the market that i am aware of Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

No real dislikes - as mentioned previously, any little niggles get responded to by the team. If i had to call out one thing it would be a better integration between premium and pulse however unsure on how this would work. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Clientshare premium saves me so much time, i can release all of my MI to those relevant, make groups dependant on the content i am posting etc. I also use it like a cloud desktop for all MI, so quarterly and annual reviews are much easier when i can see my monthly content posted and summarised all in one place.
